Legacy email is for customers who already have an existing mailbox setup and want to keep it operating reliably for now. We can support stability, access across devices, and day-to-day fixes — while also advising when it makes sense to move to a modern email plan.

Best for

  • Existing customers on an older mailbox setup

  • Businesses with one or two legacy addresses that must remain active

  • Short-term continuity while planning a migration

Pricing

Legacy Email: $80 per user / year (pricing to be confirmed)

Storage: 1GB per user

What’s included

  • Mailbox hosting and basic configuration

  • Secure access via IMAP/SMTP

  • Spam filtering and basic security settings

  • Password resets and device reconnect support

  • Backups and restore support (where applicable)

  • Email forwarding and alias support (where appropriate)

Limitations

Legacy email is more constrained than modern business email hosting:

  • Smaller storage limits per mailbox

  • Fewer features and integrations compared with modern providers

  • Not ideal for growing teams or high email volume

If you’re adding users, hitting storage limits, or needing better deliverability controls, we’ll usually recommend moving to one of our current email plans.
